I had a gig booked in Bel Air MD that got canceled but my friends in Ice Out invited me to join them locally at Evening Star.
I have been working on some new songs this winter, this was the first chance to test them out. Playing stuff live always gives you a different perspective on your demos. Chris also brought his sub and so the low end sounded perfect.
The bonus of the night was my friend Steve showing up with one of his paintings he wanted to gift to me. It’s a piece that I loved that be posted a year or so ago and he was downsizing his studio and wanted me to have it. I promptly hung it in our main hallway.
